Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and proficient bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer
· $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
· Medical and Dental insurance, Paid vacation, 401k
· Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with potential extended hours), and every other Saturday, 9 AM – 2 PM
Key Responsibilities
· Manage front desk tasks, patient check-in/check-out, insurance eligibility verification
· Conduct EKGs and tests (ABI, ANS, Urinalysis, etc.)
· Obtain and document vital signs, height, and weight in EMR
· Perform phlebotomy and complete laboratory forms
· Ensure organized and efficient patient flow
· Collect lab and ancillary test results via computer, email, call, or fax
· Provide patients with discharge instructions
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Strong interpersonal and
communication skills, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
· Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
· Experience performing phlebotomy
