Certified Nursing Practitioner – Cardiology

Advanced Cardiac Care, PLLC, is seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Nurse Practitioner specializing in cardiology to join our dedicated team. This role involves working closely with our cardiology physician to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions while promoting heart health and wellness.

Help patients manage and prevent cardiovascular conditions.
Work in a collaborative, patient-centered team.
Your Role
· Work 40 hours per week in a supportive and dynamic environment.
· Obtain and document detailed patient histories and perform physical exams.
· Diagnose cardiovascular conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
· Conduct and interpret cardiac diagnostic tests, including stress tests.
· Order and interpret lab tests, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
· Educate patients and families about heart health and preventive care.
· Prescribe medications in compliance with NY State and federal regulations.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
· Participate in staff education programs and meetings.
Qualifications
· Education
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and graduate of a Nurse Practitioner
program registered by the NY State Education Department.
· Experience
Minimum 1-2 years as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in cardiovascular
care
· Licenses/Certifications
Current, unencumbered NY State Nursing (RN) license
· Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP).
· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
· Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
· Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office
